In the first case study the basement will be delivered without interior walls. The internal surfaces will not be plastered. There will be one earthed plug and a simple ceiling light.
In the second case study there will be internal walls. All interior surfaces will be plastered and painted with plastic color. There will be tiles in the floor, plumbing and sewage installation for one bathroom and one kitchen. The electrical installation will include ceiling lights and earthed plugs according to the rooms.
